7 Principles of living

Honesty / trust
Tough talks
Honesty and trust are really important in relationships. When you’re honest, you talk about things that might be hard or uncomfortable, like your feelings or things that went wrong. These tough talks help people understand each other better and solve problems.
Even though it can feel awkward at first, talking openly helps build a stronger connection and trust. It can help fix problems like setting boundaries or making decisions about the future. By being honest, you let the other person know what you really think and feel. This makes the relationship better, even if it’s hard at first.
The more you talk honestly, the more you grow together and learn to trust each other.

The need to be honest at the start of a relationship
Why you should not trust your feelings
Honesty means telling the truth, even when it’s hard or could lead to some consequences for you. Sometimes, doing the right thing might mean you have to sacrifice something, like admitting a mistake or standing up for what’s fair, even if it makes things tougher for you.
It’s like telling the truth about breaking something by accident, even though you might get in trouble. Being honest shows that you care more about doing what’s right than just avoiding problems.
It’s not always easy, but doing the right thing builds trust with others and helps you feel proud of yourself, even if it’s tough at first.

-Trust
Trust in a relationship means opening ourselves to another, revealing ourselves to that person and relying on the other to come through for us.
Trust needs to be reciprocal for the relationship to work.
Both persons in the relationship need to be trustworthy.
Jealousy is a natural emotion, but how a person reacts when he or she feels jealous is what matters.
Accusations are never a part of a trusting relationship.
-Honesty
This goes hand in hand with trust because it’s hard to trust someone if you are not sure they are honest.
You need to completely believe in the honesty of a person for the relationship to work.
