Set Goals: Establish realistic goals for improvement and track your progress.
Seek Support: Consider therapy or counseling for guidance in addressing deeper issues.
Practice Patience: Changing habits takes time; be patient with yourself and your partner.
Celebrate Progress: Acknowledge and celebrate positive changes, reinforcing the commitment to healthier behavior.
PeaceBuilders is essentially a person to person (peer to peer) support network with a twist.
We are a group of individuals that have also gone through some of the stuff that makes life challenging.
PeaceBuilders aims to help men identify their crisis/ pain and bring understanding to some of the emotions around that pain.
PeaceBuilders gives men the opportunity to be heard by sharing about their pain
PeaceBuilders offers various topic specific self management tools, so clients can be equiped with the right tools to best deal with that particular situation.
PeaceBuilders offers through its community service provider partner program a method to connect clients to a local service or support program that would give clients the assistance to be successfull in moving through their pain or stuff.
