Inner Exploration
Alone
A necessary journey
Loneliness is the feeling of being alone and disconnected from others.
A feeling of us not being dependant on others and others not being dependant on us.
Being alone can be a challenging experience.
For some of us, it can be a journey of self-discovery as we explore self-reliance and navigating the journey of life.
Like a solo adventure, it allows us to learn more about ourselves and our needs.
Overcoming loneliness helps us build resilience and appreciate the value of social connections, contributing to our mental health and personal growth.
Silent observation of others can bring wisdom.
Being comfortable alone increases self-knowledge.
Silence allows a man to tap into his inner compass and align his actions with his deepest values.
Embracing silence turns down the volume of the outside world so you can listen to your inner voice.
THE DARK SIDE OF LONELINESS

The simple cure for lonliness
History: modernity
We can find ourselves in the middle of a crowded city and still feel bitterly alone.
I believe loneliness or people choosing to be alone is the cause of much hardship and mental anguish in our communities.
A lot of times it is circumstantial, as life changes, as we age or as we journey through relationship conflict or loss.
There is a positive side to being alone.
Loneliness or spending time alone with yourself is in my opinion essential to understand yourself better.
To take time to reflect on choices you make and how your choices work for you as well as others.
It could be a great time to reflect on beliefs and deeper values or even get some mental clarity on work or life situations that need more thought or planning.

36. When to seek help - Alone Topic
Summary:
The best time to seek support for your mental health is any time you become concerned about it.
If you are not sure how much help you need, a professional can help you decide.
In an ideal world, therapeutic services would be available to everyone. But we dont have that ideal world.
If services are not available for you, take every opportunity to learn all you can about recovery and use the support of trusted loved ones.
